OUTSTANDING!!!!! A job well done. Let me know if you wish to be involved in a Human Rights case against the State of the Republic of Panama. It is a win case as I should be getting a Resolution from the NHRI of Panama as to the State of the Republic of Panama in violations of the American Convenetion on Human Rights and the ICCPR. Big money case as we are seeking $98.000,000.00 plus interest and for moral damages. Violation of economic rights and the use and enjoyment of property.
I have all the international case law already done.
Have to wait on the completion of local remedies as an international law requirement.
