I’ve been getting lots of e-mails from TSA screeners reporting even more failures of the TSA, including one today that says they were told to make the pat-downs rougher if a traveller was deemed to be rude (“resistence” would be “met” harder). I’d like to again encourage you all to share this with anyone who works for the TSA, whether it be over the Internet or by passing out information in airports: I WANT YOUR STORY!
Though I would love it if you would come on camera and do an interview, once again, I will do everything I can to keep you anonymous if that’s what it takes to get your story (even moreso than Jennifer, who was happy to have her voice broadcast, but wanted to avoid becoming famous for the leak at this time). Apparently it is now the duty of the Fedgov/TSA to P U N I S H commercial air travelers who balk at being molested by airport security. This is a classic example how the DHS considers travelers the same as convicted felons.

I do not doubt that the punish people with rough gentinal groping, criminal charges should be brought against TSA supervisors as well as tsa folks involved in that type on civil rights violation!
an interesting point was made to me by a coworker… if it is indeed true that we surrender our 4th amendment rights when we purchase a plane ticket, then why is the TSA so opposed to profiling? If they truly are going to violate our constitutional liberties, why try to be PC at all and instead focus all our energies & limited resources on those most apt to harm us?
Seriously, I feel like i have entered Wonderland where molesting little children, the disabled, and the elderly is fine in the name of safety yet heaven forbid we profile for those that actually have a history of doing us harm.

Time to go back to privatizing aviation security. At least that way each company will have more control over hiring standards and employee retainment. TSA hiring standards are in the toilet. How can we trust our security to personnel who don’t even have to have a HS diploma to be hired (check their website, this is true)? This is supposed to be a first rate professional organization? Most TSA screeners are morbidly obese and can’t put together a coherent sentence. And yet again they have another thief who just got busted pilfering through luggage stealing Ipads out of Dallas Ft Worth. What a bunch of losers.

this is getting creepier by the day
I emailed the TSA yesterday:
I have to travel by plane next week. Last month when I traveled, I was afraid and upset because I was traveling with two little 9 year old girls and the TSA separated me from the girls and checked us out separately. So, strangers were handling my children without me monitoring the situation. This very much bothered me and was frankly, pervy. One of the TSA agents didn’t like my attitude because I was separated from my little girls. So, every time I tried to pick my laptop up out of the bucket, she would move the mechanized line and smash my hand between the buckets. It was a very purposeful act and she did it about 6 times, I asked her to stop and everytime I reached over, she would smash it again, and she watched and smiled while she was doing it. Finally pushed the bucket she was using to smash my hand onto the ground and yelled “please quit hurting me on purpose”. Since I had everyone’s attention and there was not another bucket to use to smash me, I was finally able to escape her clutches and get my girls.
Is there any way to “pre register” with the TSA so we can avoid being assaulted sexually and physically by their goons? I’m an accountant from Texas for crying out loud. I’ve never even had a speeding ticket in over 20 years. What can I do to protect myself and my family from sexual and physical assaults and general harassment by the TSA?

1. Send another email with their requested info and submit it as a complaint that a) you were seperated from your girls b) smashing your hand incident.
2. Send another email with your 2nd paragraph and start it with “THIS REQUIRES A RESPONSE”

you are not supposed to be separated from your child. I’ve already contacted the head TSA at my local airport for an upcoming trip I have w/my 7 year old. I travel all the time for work but my local airport just got the new AI scanners and they have gone from being reasonable to incredibly difficult. I’ve got it in writing from the supervisor that we won’t be separated.
what a fuckin joke – government is headed for major failure, remember the machines they purchase dont have to work – all that matters is the company that backed the politician who got those machines in the airport in the first place, continues to contribute to his/her campaign
